Hi,

I am in desperate need of a translator for some cooking recipes that I need to send to my employer's cook down in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

I have tried to use a couple of translation websites, but the cooking terms do not translate well and the dialect is wrong.

I have about 20 recipes now and I usually get anywhere from 10 - 20 a month to translate.
