Some English-speaking clients request an invoice before processing payment.
I have invoices that comply with my country's commercial legislation, and I'm not sure an English-speaking client will be satisfied, since they're printed in Spanish. Whay type of invoice should I submit so the client will be satisfied? In English? In Spanish? Would a simple Word document be sufficient? Is there a universal form of invoice, valid worldwide? Thank you. |

You could submit 2 invoices one in Spanish according to the law of your country and the translation in English according to the request of your clients and the law of their country, but both invoices are related and the English version could refer to the Spanish version....

I also suggest protecting the document with a password, or printing it as pdf so no one change the information you entered.
Hope it helps!
