When I am translating a word document using Workbench, and I clic "set/close/next/open/get" to change from one segment to another, the following error message appears:

"TW4Winexe. Error Signature. Appname: tw4winexe. Appver: 8.0.0.820. Modname: unknown. Modver: 0.0.0.0.. offset: 051b1ef0."

Then, Workbench closes.

I am using Trados Freelance 2007. Full version

Hi Andy,

Have you search in the Knowledge Database of Trados Website?
They have a record per each one of the errors.

Yes I did! but it did not help. There is nothing related to this error. Thanks anyway!

Try to use the repair feature in Windows/Control Panel/Add or remove programas... select Trados and clic Change/Repair

This should install the executable file again and overwrite the damaged one.
