Could we make a forum designated for translations of text messages, messaging lingo, etc. as it has a growing presence on this site?

The forums are becoming too big and we only have to generate categories that will be relevant and have traffic. Which will be the difference with the General English to Spanish, the General Spanish to English section, the English Slang or the Spanish Slang sections?

I have a question. If the site is getting too big, why is there a section called "New Categories?"
