Aprieta ese rabito
In Venezuelan Spanish we have a saying that is "aprieta ese rabito/culito/culo/ esfinster/orto" that means when a bad situation is to come and you should be prepared for it..
Example: "La situación economica esta mala" "Y se pondrá peor, así que aprieta ese culito porque lo que viene es candela" When you "aprietas el culo" is because you have to close it in order not to be penetrated by a penes... How would you translate it? Is there any similar expression in English? My try: "The economic situation is really bad right now" "And it will get worse so prepare your ass for it´ll f*ck you" I see that expression in Transformers, but I dont know if you can close you´re ass... |
