Hola,

Tengo una duda. Cuando vamos a saludar alguien en Argentina podemos decir: Como andás? Como estás? Que tal? Que hacés?
Pero cuál de estos es formal y cual es informal? O puedo usarlos sin distinciones?

Default Informal vs Formal

Hola Aline!
Todas las formas que especificaste son informales. La formalidad reside en el uso del Ud., especialmente en la Argentina donde el "vos" es moneda corriente. Por ejemplo: ¿Cómo está Ud.? Esto es muy formal y se usa especialmente para dirigirse a gente mayor.

Es cierto que ninguna es tan formal como "cómo está Ud.", pero igual creo que hay que distinguir grados de informalidad en el resto de las frases.
Cómo andás o qué hacés son mucho más informales que cómo estás o qué tal.
