I'm afraid the English phrase "Party Boy" has a wider usage than the Spanish one "fiestero"/"parrandero".

Well, if it refers to a person who like to be the life of the party I would say "centro de atención", but a guy who likes to go to many parties almost every day and doesn't seem to get tired or bored, then it's "fiestero" deffinetly!

In chile.........carretero; carrete is a party ....parrandero.....this is more widely use in spanish.....
