encimosa: not used in Spain, i would guess it is "to be a drag" , here: pesada

a person who is encimosa is someone very sticky, always after another person, trying to get too close to the person, no respect for physical individual space...

Never heard "encimosa" before. I think it's what we call "cargosa/o" here. And the way the Beatles' "I want you (she's so heavy)" was translated: "Te quiero (ella es tan cargosa)". ("Pesada/o" is ok, but it depends on the context/ intonation to give the idea of "sticky", or being "a drag", etc.) Right?

Eres un pesado de marca.
Ella es muy maja pero muy pesada, For example..no body would think here of "weight". In any case, that's how you use it in Spain. Oh, and "cargoso" not used in Spain either.
