Spanish globalization
I came up with the dilemma of translating "Spanish Globalization"... is it "globalización al español"... "globalización del español"... what do you think?

Me too!! "Globalización del español" seems to be the correct one. You can also say "internacionalización del español" to refer to the same phenomenon.

Globalización - Internacionalización
Globalización e Internacionalización no son lo mismo.
Globlaización es Internacionalización mas Localización. Internacionalizción es preparar algo para que sea localizado a distintos mercados. Localizarlo es adaptrarlo a esos mercados.

Todo depende del contexto no sólo del que contiene la expresión, sino también del contexto del receptor.
No se por qué, pero cuando oigo Spanish globalization me viene a la mente Globalización al estilo español. Bueno, pero en todo lo demás, estoy de acueeeerdo. |
