Default Yace

I am trying to translate the Spanish verb "yacer" third-person past tense (modo indicativo).

("hacer"--> "hizo"; "yacer"--> ?).

Are there any takers?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spanish...acer.2C_to_lie

or Google for: yacer conjugation

I was going to recommend VerbOS:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/verbos

which I have installed on my computer but found I couldn't get it past "xerografiar".

"Xerografiar" is just a 1st conjugation regular verb. You can conjugate "xerografi-ar" as any other 1st conjugation verb i.e. "am-ar".

Hi everybody! The correct conjugation for the verb "yacer", third person, past tense (indicative mode) is "yació"

I found the verb conjugation in the web page of the Real Academia Española:
http://www.rae.es/

Good luck!

"yació" es lo correcto.

"Yacer" means "to lie" (lying on a bed) so the past indicative would be "lied"

Yes, it's just that the person who has been creating VerbOS has not got past xerografiar in the alphabetical list of verbs - hence yacer is not covered yet.

A useful online conjugator is:
