Default

Is this dialect derived from Spanish?
I've never heard of it, maybe it's a mixture of Spanish and Nahuatl, or Mayan, or some other original language.

Kanjobal is a Mayan dialect spoken by natives in northern part of Guatemala and by some whom I believe migrated to southern Mexico during the civil war.
