I am going crazy trying to figure out what "That's Gotcho." means!!! I have looked everywhere. George Lopez says it ALL the time and I cannot figure it out. Does anyone have an answer?

I think he's saying "Que Gacho!" which means more or less, "How rude"

Like if a clerk is rude to you at a store, you could leave and say to your friend, "Que gacho" referring to the action of rudeness.

That's my understanding anyway!
