Actually, I want to know if all of us consider in the same way this:

Localization (L10N) and internationalization (I18N) are symbolic.
Without localization, there is no need to internationalize.
Without internationalization, you�ll wish you never attempted to localize.

Globalization (G11N) only occurs if both concepts mentioned above are done.

Then, G11N = I18N + L10N.

It depends of the case and product:

You could localize withouth problems something that have not being internationalized, and there are cases where it is not possible to localize if the products were not internationlized before.

Software? Webistes? Documents? It depends...

Of course you can start localizing without issues but this does not mean the the other side of the coin is eliminated.

In some cases the oter part of the coin doesn�t exist, for example an html webiste of 5 pages, you could localize that easily no matter if it was internationalized or not berfore.
