Default signage

this one's got me really stuck, can anyone help?

La señalización preventiva se puede realizar mediante chutas, cercos,
colocación de

apart from being a well used slang word (making it a mind game for web searching), chutas would normally be chutes, but in relation to signage it makes no sense to me... can anyone shed some light....

in addition, this doc has been a bit messy, so it could be a typo for another type of temporary signage

any suggestions greatly appreciated

Cheers,
Damien

chuto2, ta.

1. adj. coloq. Bol. y Ven. Recortado, corto.

2. m. Ven. Vehículo de gran tamaño al que se le acopla un remolque o gandola con carga.

Could this be related to any sign? I think I have seen some sign like a TOW sign??
Sorry I can't be of any more help!
