Dear translators...
how would you translate "sewage underground lines"...? "Conductos de desague subterráneos"? or "cloaca" instead of "desague"??? cheers Jack |

I would use desague. That is what I have always heard it called when talking about sewage.

Yes, and (in Spain's Spanish at least) you could say "alcantarillado" too

no it is not possible to translate it as "acueducto", because it is not water supply, it should be "alcantarillado", but there are some extra words <<underground lines>>

correct interpretation! , because in this case it is hardly difficult to establish a literal translation, since in developing countries sewage has different designs and architectural styles.
