Hi Izzy, is it a national department, or something like that? Sometimes you don't translate names...
A suggestion is to check in the page whether they have an English version.

Direccion de Obras Sanitarias must be an institution, and generally you don´t translate it, you can provide an explanation in English between brackets but depending on the context... it might be even clear in the context...  |
