I am struggling to translate the above word into English. It relates to a construction company having using the wrong type of roofing tiles throughout an entire urbanization. I fully understand what it means but can't find the right English word.
The sentence is: Uno de los puntos de desperfectos a analizar mas importante de esta comunidad es el recibido de la colocación de la teja que es de tipo curva esta se ha realizado en toda la promoción, este recibido sea ejecutado con una patología considerable, la urbanización se encuentra situada en lo alto del municipio donde allí combate el viento formidablemente. This is my first attempt at seeking help in a forum, if I'm doing something wrong please be kind. Thanks Ed |

Would the words "roof pathology" or "roof abnormality" fit within the definition?

I would say trying to literally translate patologia into English won't really do since pathology is a noun that applies mostly to conditions of the body (plants, animals, etc), we could even say " a social pathology" rethorically speaking.
I would go more for abnormality and other choices like problems (simple option)...you just need a word to refer to the fact that they all have the same condition and it's wrong. I think...??? ![]()
