Thread: Gripe A/H1N1 o /N1H1

¡Hola! Estoy traduciendo un artículo sobre gripe porcina y me estoy volviendo loca pensando si pongo "gripe A/H1N1" O "gripe A/N1H1". Lo he visto de las dos maneras, y creo que el aceptado en Español es el segundo, pero no sé porqué es así, ni tampoco estoy totalmente segura de que sea la segunda opción el acuñado en Español. ¿Me podría ayudar alguien?

Hi! I found out FAO, the Food and Agricultural Organization (United Nations) calls it A/H1N1.

Eventhough initially people called it Swine Flu or Swine Influenza, specialists decided to call it Influenza A/H1N1 to distinguish it from the Swine Influenza that pigs suffer from.

I am sorry. I did not answer completely to the thread.
In my opinion, it would be better using A/H1N1 since that is the denomination given by UN. There may be other local versions but you cannot be wrong if you use the term FOA decided to apply.
