Espero que puedan ayudarme con un pequeño texto que es sobre un procedimiento para la venta de un medicamento, cómo se escribe en inglés lo siguiente, muchas gracias:

“El certificado de análisis del medicamento TAMIFLU deberá entregarse en Recepción de Muestras del Centro Nacional de Control de Calidad y con copia al Instituto Nacional de Salud, en un plazo no mayor de 15 días calendarios contados a partir de la fecha de recepción de este Oficio”.

I would translate it like so:

Please send the Certificate of Analysis for the medication "Tamiflu" to the Samples Reception Desk of the National Center for Quality Control, and forward a copy of the said certificate to the National Institute of Health within 15 days following the receipt of this notice.

NOTA: Evidentemente es aconsejable preservar las direcciones postales peruanas en español.

Here is a different version:

"The certificate of analysis of the medicine TAMIFLU should be delivered in the Sample Reception area of the National Center of Quality Control and with a copy to the National Institute of Health, no later than 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of this notice."
