Estaba leyendo un informe de una entidad reguladora de servicios médicos y se me hace un poco difícil trasladar este pequeño párrafo al inglés, ojala ustedes me pudieran ayudar.

"Igualmente, se le informa que dispone de cinco (5) días hábiles, para solicitar a esta Gerencia, la reconsideración de las exigencias anteriormente señaladas.
Transcurrido dicho lapso queda usted en la obligación de cumplir con las condiciones de uso bajo las cuales fue aprobado el producto".

Que le parece esto:

"You are also hereby informed that you have five (5) working days to request that our Management reconsider the demands previously pointed out. Once this period has lapsed, you are obligated to comply with the usage conditions under which the product was approved."

Hi how are you doing?? Wolfgang translation sounds good to me, but in my humble opinion is a little bit wordy; What about:

You are also herby notify that you have five (5) working days in order to ask to this (Management Department) for the reconsideration of the demands previously stated;Thereafter, all terms and conditions of usage of this product will be due.

Semicolons ; are followed by a lower case letter, unless that letter begins a proper noun.

Thus, the sentence should read as follows:

You are also herby notify that you have five (5) working days in order to ask to this (Management Department) for the reconsideration of the demands previously stated; thereafter, all terms and conditions of usage of this product will be due.

But personally, I think the first translation reads better.
