    Default Registry or Register?

Hi: I have a question when translating Registro Médico Sanitario into English you can say: Sanitary Medical Register or Sanitary Medical Registry , which of them is more used ? I prefer the one with Registry but I would like to know.

Orchid if the phrase is followed by a Number it would "Medical Health Registration Number" (most companies are assigned a number )

If it is referred to an Entity then the word to be used is Registry.

Register is the action (to register with).

    Hope it helps

Truly, my dear young friends, you are a chosen generation. I hope you will never forget it.

Orchid, I think it depends on the context, do you have more context?
