    Hi,

I tried seach that law so that I could get the meaning of determination in the title. However, I wasn't able to find it, I did find the section 482.13 in a staute refering to rights in Hospitals, but nothing about "determination"

    http://www.mass.gov/mhlac/res_secERrightspost11_06.pdf

Couls you pls provide some context?

    this is what I found,
Exercise advance directives regarding decisions at the end of life in accordance with the Federal and State Patient Determination Act 482.13 (b) (3).http://www.tfhd.com/patient-rights.asp
I think it could be Ley 482.13 de Derechos Federales y Estatales del Paciente

    hope it helps!
