I need some help, does anyone know how to translate "Federal and State Patient determination act 482.13" into spanish?

Hi,

I tried seach that law so that I could get the meaning of determination in the title. However, I wasn't able to find it, I did find the section 482.13 in a staute refering to rights in Hospitals, but nothing about "determination"
