I would use annoy instead of bother...

Default Todo el dia tiene sueno.

    Thank you again.

May I ask another question ?

Deseo de dormir todo el día. Todo el día tiene sueño.

What is the different meaning of both sentences ? Do they both mean "Sleepiness all day" ?

    Thank you very much,
    Katja

if you are going to refer to a person, as an adjective you can say
    soñoliento todo el día,
if you are going to refer to the condition of the person
    somnolencia todo el día.
Your translations are ok too, it depends on the target audience and the type of text which could also be a medical one.
    hope it helps!

wow, you have entangled yourself with the sleep thing!!!

Sleeps all day long: Duerme todo el día

Sleepiness all day: Somnolencia todo el día / Somnoliento (to refer to the person)

I hope you finally get the right word for your work!

"She is sleepy all day long" for "Todo el día tiene sueño".
For "Deseo de dormir todo el día" the literal translation will be "The wish to sleep all day long". I would need more context.
    Somnolencia is "drowsiness".
