Default trauma contuso

Estoy trabajando en un documento médico y me interesa saber si la traducción apropriada para "trauma contuso" sería "contusion trauma" o "blunt trauma" (el documento habla de un individuo que se cayó de su propia altura). De lo que entiendo, "contusion trauma" puede resultar de un "blunt trauma" pero me gustaría saber si alguien puede aclarar la diferencia entre los dos términos. Gracias!!!

Hola:
Trauma contuso esta bien traducido, ya que el trauma, puede dar origen a una contusion, concusion o herida abierta, en terminos generales. Si podes mandar un parrafo mas extenso para ver el contexto te lo agradecere. De todas maneras el trauma puede ser contuso, abierto, etc.
