Question Online dictionary for common illneses

Which is the best dictionary you used to translate colloquial or familiar health issues from spanish into english? I mean, those simple things that you explain to the doctor like a "rush" in your arm....

When you have a "rash" in your arm, you "rush" to the doctor

I use
Spa to Eng
This one is fairly good.
I have to admit I've seen such terrible translations out there. In one glossary the sentence "You have an infection" was translated as "Tiene diabetes". Obviously this was a typo, but...oh my God!!

If you need something more specific I recomend
Eng to Spa
