Can someone help me find the translation of Raquis - used in title, Neuro Raquis.

Thank you. Any help is very much appreciate. I work for brain and spine surgeons and one received an invitation from the Argentina Neurosurgical Society and I can understand all but the title: Neuro Raquis 2007. Here is some more of the context:
