Gracias

Hi, how are you doing??? i would choose " DOMICIL or DOMICILE " for SEDE SOCIAL and " HEADQUARTERS" for the palce where companies actually carry their activities.
Consult: bouvier law dictionary ( www.constitution.org )
Hope useful !!!

Gracias Angelo.
Muchas gracias

Hi, from my understanding, both terms are interchangable depending on location. Head Office is more commonly used in the UK and Headquarters is preferred in the US.
