The most common use for "prospecto" in latin american spanish is company or (new) product brochure or introduction.

It depends on the context in which the word is used.

Hope this helps!.

Melissa

saludos

Mario

Hi, I've just joined the forum and realise this is probably a bit late (!) but in the UK we actually use the term "Prospect". However, people are correct as "Prospect" is just a shortened version to mean prospective client. So, everybody is right but you can directly translate the term as "Prospect". Of course, I am talking UK terminology though!

hope this helps!
