Default legal document - revisions welcome

Hi, I'm translating the following from spanish to english from a TITULO DE REGISTRO DE MARCA

El registro de referencia se otorga con fundamento en los articulos 1, 2, fraccion V, 5 fraccion lll, 125 y 126 de la Ley de la Propiedad Industial.
De conformidad con el articulo 95 de la Ley de la Propiedad Industrial, el presente registro tiene una vigencia de diez anos contados a partir de la fecha de presentacion de la solicitud y el mismo podra renovarse por periodos de la misma duracion, en los terminos establecidos en los articulos 133 y 134 del mismo Ordenamiento Legal.

This is what I came up with.

The above mentioned registration is granted on the basis of Articles 1, 2 section V, 5, secion lll, 125 and 126 of the Industrial Property Law.
In accordance with Article 95 of the Industrial Property Law, this registration is valid for ten consecutive years as of the application date and may be renewed for the same duration (or length in term) under the guidelines set forth (or established) in articles 133 and 134 of the Industrial Property Law.

As this is my first legal translation, I would appreciate any help I can get.

Thank you for your time and wish me luck.
    Rosy

(Much research and cross-referencing has been invested in trying to find the the equivalents for fracciones, indices, subindices, inciso y guiones in english. It's still a work in progress. I've reviewed the spanish version of the property law as well as it's reglamentos and Estatutos (each a different lengthy document) and have seen how at least the propertly document translates into english but am still having a difficult time in knowing exactly what the breakdown /heirarchy if you will, is. For example, the following title, subtitle, chapter, subchapter, part, subpart, section, subsection, paragraph, subparagraph, clause, subclause terms don't fit into this particular case of legal. I'm learning how to translate into english since the judicial system written code varies. The rest of the document, which I have not yet translated is just as tricky and I will post a separate thread later. It has government employee titles).

    Hello Rosy,
I think your translation is right. I would add the name of the law in Spanish between brackets following the translation.

    Hi Rosy.

I suggest adding "periods of" since it is in the Spanish version...and I think "set forth" or "established" are equally acceptable but I like "set forth" as legalese.

This is what I came up with.
