Tengo que traducir el siguiente texto a ingl�s:

EL PROVEEDOR no estar� obligado a cumplir con los tiempos de respuesta cuando sobrevengan casos fortuitos o de fuerza mayor que impidan su cumplimiento, ni cuando por causas no imputables al PROVEEDOR y fuera de su alcance, tales como, de manera enunciativa mas no limitativa, indisponibilidad de medios p�blicos de comunicaci�n o transporte, se vea obstaculizado el cumplimiento de dichos tiempos de respuesta.

lo traduje de esta manera, pero pienso que tiene errores:

THE PROVIDER won�t be bound to comply with the response times when fortuitous or force majeure events that prevent their compliance occur, or when for reasons not attributable to the PROVIDER and that are out of it�s reach, such as, by enunciative but not limitative means, unavailability of means of public communication or transportation, the achievement of those response times be hampered.

Since this is urgent I offer this as a non-literal translation which captures the intent of the contract. I am not a legal translator.

THE PROVIDER will not be bound to comply with the response times in the event of unforeseen or major events that prevent their compliance, or when for reasons not attributable to the PROVIDER and which are beyond his control, such as, but not limited to, unavailability of means of public communication or transportation, which would impede (hamper)the completion of said response times.
