Okay...I need help understanding a word "descriptas"...here is it's use:
El presente contracto se celebra entre las partes abajo firmantes, descriptas en adelante como.... This is how I have translated... The present contract is signed between the signature parties below,...but I do not know descriptas ![]()

Normally "sociedades anónimas" or "Compañias anónimas" are called stock companies
