    Me gustaría que me ayudaran con una pequeña frase dirigida a una entidad reguladora de servicios, cómo sería su traducción al inglés:

    "De conformidad con el oficio CF-G-0249108,"

    Pursuant to (In accordance with) the writ (official document, etc) identified under CF-G-0249108 .....

    In this context, “oficio” has the following meaning:

    oficio, n.m. (…) 4. Comunicación escrita expedida por una oficina pública que trata de asuntos relacionados con el servicio público en las dependencias del Estado: recibieron al día siguiente un oficio con la comunicación de la destitución.

    For many years I have translated it as “official letter”; I copy below a couple of examples of its use in English:

    The official letter of dismissal explains Shuler's firing as a result of an IT review of his work computer. According to the dismissal letter, Shuler's computer logs showed that he averaged nearly 3 hours a day of "non-work related" online activities, including research for his blog. The letter also cites insubordination, unauthorized use of vacation time, and unspecified inaccuracies in filling out his electronic timesheets.

    Hola AMigo y colega Manuel. Un placer saludarte de nuevo. Muy valioso el dato que nos das. Yo utilic&#233; el t&#233;rmino "official document" para ser mas general ya que sin mayor contexto no ten&#237;a muy claro de que documento se trata.
