POR TODO ELLO: by all this or therefore

OTROSI PRIMERO DIGO por FIRTSLY FURTHERMORE I SAY

SUPLICO AL JUZGADO por I PLEAD TO THE COURT? or I besech to the court

En su virtud por In its virtue.

    Gracias.

    RMRV11:

I think that first or firstly is the same. You can use either of them.

POR TODO ELLO: by all this or therefore: I'd use therefore
En su virtud por In its virtue. It would be good if you gave us some more context
OTROSI PRIMERO DIGO : Furthermore, first I state that....
SUPLICO AL JUZGADO : I plead with the court to....

    hope it helps

    Hola,

The police, in its role as guarantors of public safety, (...)

Hi RMR, a title more context would help, but En su virtud could be tarnslated By viertue thereof

    ope it helps

    Hi:

FIRST is appropriate. FIRSTLY is common, but grammatically incorrect.

    POR TODO ELLO: Therefore
OTROSI PRIMERO DIGO: First additional pleading, we contend...
SUPLICO AL JUZGADO: I respectfully petition the court...
En su virtud: pursuant to/in compliance with/in consideration of [the translation is highly contextual]

    Hope this helps,
    Amani
