Is "keep in property" a correct translation for "quedar en propiedad?"
my translation in blue, and below in black the context in spanish. In this case, the Creditor shall receive the shares and will keep them in property, as payment for the sum the debtor owes the Creditor En tal caso la ACREEDORA recibirá las acciones y se las quedará en propiedad, como forma de pago de las sumas que el DEDUOR adeude a la ACREEDORA, |
