cesión de un contrato is
CONTRACT SURRENDER? CESSION OF CONTRACT? or LEASE-BACK OF CONTRACT? when I say cesión I mean: la Renuncia voluntaria que se hace de un bien en favor de otra persona. the context is this: 10. CESIÓN DE CONTRATO Y OTRO 10.1. “La Arrendadora” no podrá ceder a terceros el presente contrato sin la previa autorización por escrito de “La Arrendataria”.---------------- |

Hi, CeciyJuani! I am copying a portion of the "ASSIGNMENT SECTION" in a Lease Agreement
ASSIGNMENT AND SUBLETTING. A. Lessee shall not have the right to sublet all or part of the Premises or to assign, transfer or encumber this Lease, or any interest therein, without the prior written consent of Lessor.
