    with full rights

Also by analogy with the French "de plein droit":

    by operation of law
    ipso jure
    as a matter of law
to the full extend of the law

(suggested by the Council of Europe legal dictionary)

    so it would be:

Fulano, actando de pleno derecho, solicita una extensión del contrato

Fulano, acting with full right, requires an extension of the contract?
