Hola.

Estoy traduciendo una Orden del estado de Puerto Rico y la oracion lee como sigue:

Vista la solicitud de Orden presentada por la parte demandada, este Tribunal la declara CON LUGAR (estas 2 palabras como se traducen al Ingles?).

The spelling may be "favor" or "favour" if the flavour of the text is more British or American.

Hola China !!! algunas de mis propuestas serían

- This court rules in favor of the petitioner
- This court sustains the motion (presented or filed by the petitioner)
- This court grants the motion presented b de defendant or sued party
