Se trata de un testimonio (Bolivia) de un contrato de suscripción de acciones. Algo de contexto:

Muchas gracias, Sara! Ahora: yo tenía entendido que "whereas" es "considerando". ¿Sirve también para esto?

Hola gben! No soy experta en este tema pero en el contexto me parece que "corresponde" sirve para presentar las siguientes cláusulas y en este caso pondría "whereas". También como dices, se usa para considerando. Espero que te sirva! Saludos,
