Default Once again

And here's my attempt:

"To that end, he is hereby empowered to execute and sign the deed and public and private instruments to do and execute all and every listed act and thing with the particular requirements of the nature of each act or contract and the provisions or espcial conditions that were agreed according to law"

Corrections? Suggestions? Any help is appreciated... Thanks in advance!

Default the use of "execute" in a contract

Esto no se traduce "execute", yo lo traduciria simplemente "sign" o "sign the deeds and release public and private instruments as necessary to execute..."

Cordiales saludos

Nira

Thanks for your suggestion Nira, BUT wherever I look, I can't find your definition of the verb execute.

The BilinguaL Dictionary of Legal Terms (Bossini/Glesson) says:
Execute: Ejecutar, completar, firmar, llevar a efecto un contrato.

So, be careful next time you translate this word.

Kind regards,

Default Thank you

Hi.

Thank you for correcting my error. I appreciate it. I'll definitely be very careful next time I give my opinion. It's very good, for everyone's sake, that others correct our errors.

Kind regards

Isabel
