Tengo un problema. Estoy traduciendo un texto juridico al esloveno y no entiendo la palabra titular ni titularidad. 1. *** es la sociedad civil cuyo titular es ***. Significa titular "Owner"? Tenemos una ficha donde pone: titular CIF Provincia Municipio: *** *** NO HAY TITULARIDADES. Y luego esta escrito: La no existencia de titularidades no implica necesariamente que la persona objeto de su consulta no tenga titularidades en todo el territorio nacional. Se refiere titularidad aqui en las propiedades? Como lo traducirian al ingles? POR FAVOR, AYUDEN ME. ES URGENTE... |

"Titular" has a dozen possible translations; it all depends on the "sociedad" it refers to here. Generally speaking, owner can work, but not for a sociedad civil... You could use title-holder or even legal representative. For titularidad, though I would need to be more familiar with the particular circumstance to give you a definite definition, "holdership" is my first instinct.
