Does anybody know the translation into English of "Excepciones de previo y especial pronunciamiento" in procedural law?

Mariana,

Did you get an answer to this question? Excepci�n previa = demurrer; motion to dismiss (according to Orellana), and especial pronunciamiento, could be "special ruling" I am not sure. If you got an answer, I would be interested in knowing the correct answer.

AND

ARTICULOS DE PREVIO PRONUNCIAMIENTO SON:

DILATORY DEFENSES: pleas which tend to delay or suspend criminal proceedings.

Es parcialmente cierto, toda vez que si bien es cierto, los art�culos de previo y especial pronunciamiento son dilatorios, tambi�n lo es que pudiera surgir una cuesti�n perentoria dentro del asunto, y estar�as inventando un concepto legal.
