Help with a phrase
qué les parece? what do you think about this? A negative externality arises when someone benefits and someone loses out, without receiving anything in return
Una externalidad negativa se origina cuando alguien se beneficia y otro se perjudica, sin recibir nada a cambio What do you think about this translation into English?? Does it sound right to you?
