Default impuesto único

Alguien me puede ayudar con la expresión "impuesto único"? Sería sole tax? unique tax? one-time tax?

"el impuesto único de segunda categoría en general grava las rentas que perciben los trabajadores"

Estoy confundida porque luego dice: "dicho gravamen, es un impuesto de declaración mensual" y si es un "one-time tax" no sería de forma mensual...

Default sole tax

Yo diría sole tax. El hecho de que se cancele mensualmente no significa que sean 12 impuestos por año. El sole se refiere al concepto del impuesto y no a cómo se paga (declaración).

Estoy de acuerdo con Hugo. La mensualidad de la que se habla aquí es el período gravable .... La palabra "unico", podría referirse a un solo tipo de impuesto o a la imposición de una alícuota fija (fixed tax rate) a diferencia de los impuestos con alícuotas progresivas
