Arrend. puro y tasa interbancaria
Hola: Arrendamiento puro es true lease y tasa interbancaria es APR, o sea la tasa vigente en el mercado y fijada para transacciones bancarias. La hay fija y variable y para efecto de un contrato debe establecerse si es al 4.00% fijo o flexible APR. Quisiera poderte decir a que corresponde el APR, pero en verdad se me olvidó, en cuanto averigue en un banco, te aviso.

I guess that IUS has already sent you to the right place. I still do not have it clear enough if you want the translation or definition. Anyways, for the translation you could take as an example the internationally well known Libor acronym, which refers to the London interbanking rate. Hope that helps! Cheers, Gentle
