Default El dinero entró por la cuenta bancaria

    Hello everyone ,

I was wondering if all of the following sentences are correct, could you kindly tell me if they are fine? Please do not hesitate to add new ones if you know more ways to say the same
    · Money came onto the bank account yesterday
    · Money came on the bank account yesterday
    · Money went onto the bank account yesterday
    · Money went on the bank account yesterday
    · Money hit the bank account yesterday
    · Money went through the bank account yesterday
    · Money reached the bank account yesterday

    Many thanks!

    · Money came onto the bank account yesterday XX

    · Money went into the bank account yesterday
    · Money went in the bank account yesterday
    · Money hit the bank account yesterday
    · Money went through the bank account yesterday (through suggests that the money went into and out of the account)
    · Money reached the bank account yesterday

    Many thanks!

All of these would be understood but are not the normal way of saying that money has been deposited or received. Here are some other examples:

. (The) money was deposited to (or into) the bank account yesterday
. money was put into the bank account yesterday
. the bank got the money yesterday
. money was received by the bank yesterday

In my opinion the clearest and most concise way to say this would be : "The money was deposited yesterday"

    Very clear Vicente!

Agree that "The money was deposited yesterday" is the most clear

Following santiagop´s criterion, I would go with: "The money was deposited yesterday." as by definition the verb "to deposit" already means "to pay money into a bank account".
