Default Consolidated Balance Sheet (s)

Estimados colaboradores,

Consolidated Balance Sheets as at 31 December 2007 and 2006

<Activo = Assets
<Activo circulante = current assets
<Efectivo y equivalentes de efectivo = Cash and cash equivalents
<Efectos y cuentas por cobrar, neto = trade receivables/trade and accounts receivable, net (which one ?)
-- arrendamiento de locales y gastos comunes = leasing of premises /lease of premises and common expenses
--Compañías filiales no consolidadas y relacionadas = Non consolidated subsidiary companies and associated companies
-- Empleados = Employees
-- Otras = Other (does "otras" refer to other accounts receivable ???)
<Estimación para cuentas incobrables = Estimate for doubtfully collectible accounts/Provision for dubtful accounts
<Anticipo a proveedores = Advances to suppliers
<Total activo circulante = Total current assets
<Inversiones inmobiliarias para arrendar, neto = Lease of real estate investments/leased real estate investments, net
<Inversiones inmobiliarias en desarrollo = Real estate investments under development/development of property investments
<Otras inversiones = Other investments
<Propiedades, mobiliario y equipos, neto =Properties, furniture and equipment, net
<Cargos diferidos = Deferred charges
<Otros activos = Other assets
<Total (ditto)
<Ver notas a los estados financieros consolidados = See accompanying notes to the consolidated financial statements.

Thanks a trillion for your time and help.

Saludos
