Hola! Tengo una curiosidad...
Me gustaría saber cuál es el propósito del "thread rating" y qué significan las 5 estrellas (por ej.) en el rating.... ¿votos? ¿de quién? ¿por qué? Muchas gracias

Me parece que es para determinar la popularidad del hilo. En otros foros es igual.

Hola Mercedes.
La popularidad de un thread la determinan los que votan y cualquiera puede votar en el Thread Rating, el voto es de 1 a 5, y sirve para que los usuarios puedan opinar sobre la calidad de un thread y comunicarselo al resto de la comunidad. En particular yo lo uso sólo cuando quiero poner un alto rating al thread (5), pero podría usársela también para poner un bajo rating a un thread. En English Spanish Translator Org, la comunidad lo usa poco, pero si se usara más podría servir para saber el rating de un thread en promedio para toda la comunidad, puesto que cualquier voto de cualquier usuario vale igual.
