Só se for para nos referimos à cria de uma cadela, porque para "hot dog", nunca se pediria um "cachorro" mas sim "cachorro-quente".

Olá faraó. És português? É que aqui em Portugal é muito usual pedirmos simplesmente um "cachorro".

"Dogão" só se for no Brasil. Em PT não usamos esse termo.
