Question One short phrase translation please: "E ai! Essa voce tem que ver!"

    Hello,
I just got SMS from some barely known person saying

"E ai! Essa voce tem que ver!"

(I am not sure what language this is, but it sounds spanish to me. I can't help myself with a dictionary. If it is something obscene, I apologize to the administrators in advance.)

Can you translate it for me to english, please?

    MUCHAS GRACIAS

    Martin
